Ford gave the Maverick new styling and trim updates in 2025, so this year’s model keeps the same structure. Pricing stays consistent across the familiar lineup, with each one staying true to the Maverick’s reputation for affordability and everyday usefulness.

The Mav offers two capable powertrain setups to choose from. The standard 2.5-liter hybrid delivers 191 horsepower through a CVT and front-wheel drive, with optional all-wheel drive for extra grip. The 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder has more muscle, producing 250 horsepower; it pairs with an eight-speed automatic and standard all-wheel drive. New for the Lobo trim is a seven-speed automatic with paddle shifters, giving the Maverick a sportier edge and quicker response.
No matter the powertrain, both manage up to 1,500 pounds of payload and 2,000 pounds of towing without extra gear. Add the optional towing package, and it can pull up to 4,000 pounds—enough for a small boat, a lightweight camper, or weekend toys.
